Returns Policy

Extended Christmas Returns

We are happy to announce that we have extended our returns policy for the festive period, giving you more flexibility with your purchase. Our Christmas return policy is valid from 1st November until 24th December, allowing you until 25th January to return any item purchased during this time. Normal exclusions apply.

Returns
We want you to be happy with each and every purchase you make from Liberty Trading, but we do understand that on occasions an item may be unsuitable or you may simply change your mind. Therefore, we offer a 30 day 'no quibble' returns policy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

To start your return, please email sales@libertytrading.co.uk. 

Please send any returns to Liberty Trading, Returns Department, 3 Norman Court, Albion Road, Carlton Industrial Estate, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, S71 3TE, UK.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Return postage costs are non-refundable. Only damaged/faulty items will have the return postage cost refunded.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days of receipt of the goods back by us.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@libertytrading.co.uk and send your item back to us for an exchange.
